Enjoying breakfast in the relaxed dining area with a variety of home-baked treats was a highlight. The staff consistently provided excellent service, with particular praise for Michaela, who greeted every morning with a warm smile and perfect coffee.
The compact size of the room may feel tight for some guests.

Unfortunately all the rooms are doubles, no twins available.

Location and wonderful breakfast. Room renovated and very clean and confortable.
Unprofessional staff, but friendly. It's far away of being a five-star hotel. It should be clarified. Too expensive for what really offers.

Very calm atmosphier
It may be depend on the loation of the room but it was very smoky in our room because their neibour delivered smoke from their chimney.

Had a great time at Tuscanian! The location made it easy to explore Lucca, and the breakfast on the garden terrace was such a nice touch. Only hiccup was the bathroom size. Felt a bit cramped. Would totally recommend staying here!

The breakfast served on the garden terrace was good. The rooms were spacious and clean, a perfect fit for a family like ours with a kiddo in tow. The location was fantastic, easily allowing us to explore the lively streets of Lucca.
My kids wished there were more outdoor recreational activities available for families.
